✅ Número de contribuinte (Número de Identificação Fiscal).

✅ Declaração de IRS mais recente e respectiva nota de liquidação do Imposto sobre os Rendimentos.

✅ Três últimos recibos de vencimento.

✅ Três últimos extratos mensais da(s) conta(s) à ordem.

✅ Declaração da(s) entidade(s) patronal/ais, na qual se deverá detalhar a natureza do vínculo (contrato a prazo, contrato sem termo).
